Christine D. Santos

If an orchestra has a conductor and the jungle has a lion, the YTC team has Christine. “The leader of the pack”, so to speak, Christine’s leadership is vital to the team. She initiates ideas for the company, delegates different tasks to her team, and demands nothing less from her students and colleagues. Christine believes that there is an inherent talent and wisdom in each person and that accurate programs, proper trainings and rigorous reviews will help unearth them. Strong-willed and kind-hearted, Christine has the makings of a great leader, a perceptive mentor and a compassionate friend.

Ria May L. Ngkaion

If you’re stuck in a nut, Yum is your go-to-girl. “Yum” as she is fondly called is logical and sensible. She can think of the simplest way to solve your most complex problem. Chaos and confusion will not survive in her well-organized and orderly world. She deals with problems head on but would not make a decision until and unless all facts are considered and evaluated. Her unparalleled qualities make her one of the backbones of the team. Her absence will surely render the team incapacitated. Headstrong and confident, there’s no hard nut for Yum to crack!

Rachel A. Ong

Rachel is a classic example of the saying “still water runs deep”. Her impressive composure adds to the air of mystery that surrounds her. A lot of people are caught unaware by the intelligence within since it is disguised and veiled by her absolute calmness. Tolerant and patient, Rachel has no uncertainties in dealing with every task at hand. Armed with intellect and wit, Rachel contributes in sharpening YTC’s edge as she in turn is a very sharp needle that YTC found in a whole bunch of haystack.

Mark Raymond L. Ngkaion

The lone thorn among a bunch of flowers, Mark’s presence in the team complements the harmony that exists among its members. A component that adds spice and life to the already vibrant team, Mark presents a diverse approach not common in a female dominated team. A straightforward guy with an analytical mind, he functions as the fulcrum of YTC’s lever. Mark ensures that the team’s lever is well-oiled and properly maintained. A marketing guru, techie savvy and cool dude in one, YTC’s character and persona has been completed by this chap’s involvement.

Ma. Monica Victoria R. Maramag

YTC would undoubtedly be incomplete without the team’s pert, little sister, Monica. Her joie de vivre is simply infectious and one cannot help but be drawn to her wonderfully endearing ways. Without batting an eyelash, she manages to infuse humor and harmony into the most serious of discussions while putting across the brilliant schemes conceived by her astute, inquisitive mind. Versatile and competent as she is, she adapts to any given situation with ease. She is everybody’s sounding board and her genuine concern makes her well-loved by students and friends.
