by enhancing English communication skills and increasing
the level of English language proficiency, YTC’s
ENGLISH ENHANCEMENT Program caters and responds
to the needs of local and foreign jobseekers. Essentially
focused on sharpening the productive skills of the
trainees as jobseekers, YTC’s ENGLISH
ENHANCEMENT Program increases their chances
of getting hired locally or globally and/or prepares
them for English language proficiency examinations.
This is essentially back-to-basics English communication-
vocabulary, grammatical structures, composition and
speech - geared towards fluency to enable the trainees
as jobseekers to effectively and impressively pass
the screening and hiring processes, including the
required proof of language ability assessed in proficiency
examinations .

6. Waiver of Exclusion Grounds (WEG)
filed with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration (for
students less than 18 years old)**
* For Waiver of Exclusion Grounds (WEG):

Affidavit of support executed by the child's relative
in the Philippines, if filed in the Bureau of Immigration
in the Philippines.

Affidavit of consent to travel and support executed
by one or both parents or guardian, duly authorized
or authenticated by officers at the Philippine Foreign
Service Post.
•
Photocopy of the data page of the passport.
•
Authenticated Birth Certificate of the child.
** For Special Study Permit (SSP):
•
Letter request from duly appointed guardian
• Certificate of acceptance
from the school and the same must be accredited by
the Bureau to accept foreign students

application's valid stay

• Affidavit executed by the
parents appointing said guardian to take custody and
care over the minor applicant (if executed outside
the Philippines, the same must be duly authenticated)

an alien and he must not be a mere 9(a)-visa (tourist)
holder.
